With a population of around 3 Million, the city’s utility, connectivity and security has been prioritised under the Smart City initiative. The ICCC monitors crowded areas and key traffic junctions, ensuring continuous surveillance for the safety of citizens, crowded areas are under 24/7 surveillance. This allows for immediate action in response to any incidents or violations of law and order, including traffic rule breaches. GPS systems have been installed in all garbage collection vehicles, water and sewage SCADA, environmental sensors which are also monitored and managed through the centre. The AI/ML driven analytics play major role in city administration.
